Everyone’s journey through qigong is different. We come to the practice for different reasons and with different experience, we have different physical ability and different levels of physical and mental health, but regardless of the style of qigong we engage with, we are all heading in the same direction.

Naming this direction is not always easy as we have different ways to express it. Some people talk about healing, others talk about enlightenment. You may be aiming for immortality or freedom, or maybe it’s about merging with the dao.

One qi is about creating the space to understand the differences and similarities between different approaches to qigong. It’s about finding common ground and common understandings between qigong practices. It’s about great conversations and insights. It’s about unity, acceptance and finding a path that works for you.

We’re here to help you on your journey into qigong and we look forward to you exploring the insights and understandings that we are sharing.
