I have been Teaching Chi Kung, running classes, workshops and retreats for nearly 20 years.
I also worked for the College of Elemental Chi Kung as a principle Teacher Trainer for many years. It has been an amazing journey, and I have had the privilege of studying with many incredible teachers from a variety of different backgrounds. This has enabled me to develop my own understanding and approach to the wonderful art that is Chi Kung.
In 2018 I made the decision to finally set up my own Teacher training programme. An amalgamation of all the experience I have gained from my many years practising and teaching Chi Kung but also heavily influenced by over 30 years working as a physical Therapist. I named my system Conscious Movement Chi Kung CMCK. I believe that my experience both as a therapist and as a Chi Kung teacher/trainer has enabled more to develop a very well rounded and balanced approach to Chi Kung. One that can easily move out into the modern world whilst still retaining at its core a link to the culture from which it evolved.
My aim is to graduate some very grounded talented practitioners of CM Chi Kung who can move this system forward using language and protocols that can cross boundaries and spread this wonderful art far and wide. Mind/intention, Breath and Movement the three pillars of Chi Kung.
